Yes, high quality at the end of the service economy became normal and authenticity is crucial to a good experience today. If you are fake, you are out. Put individualisation, that started back in the nineties on top of this, and the only attention you can create using digital signage is to address ME and please ME in every play out sequence. Once you draw the attention in your play out sequence, you can communicate your message that is preferable packed in a script in which ME is taking part too.
