AOC Terra wanted a new solution for communications throughout their premises. The Adtraxion digital signage solution has allowed them to communicate in a more modern and efficient manner. A prime example of how to use digital signage for education. Challenge In the past AOC Terra mainly used paper-based communications (such as paper posters and bulletin boards). This method required too much time and was not fast enough. In the future they wanted to make use of a more efficient and cost-effective way of communicating. Being an agricultural education center it speaks for itself the future solution had to be environmental friendly as possible. Results The Adtraxion digital signage solution helped AOC Terra improve communicating with students, employees and visitors. The digital signage is more captivating and efficient compared to the old-fashioned way of sharing information. With the Adtraxion Manager software they are able to create their own play lists, while maintaining the digital signage takes minimal effort. When new information has to be shared, the Adtraxion digital signage solution enables fast and effective communication. And thanks to the placement of displays in high-traffic areas throughout the school, everybody takes notice of the information shared. To maximize content relevancy, AOC Terra has chosen to create play lists which are adjusted to each location and target group. The content includes timetables, events and special announcements. When no active playlist is scheduled the Adtraxion Players automatically turn into idle mode. This helps to make the digital signage solution a less energy consuming communication channel, compared to traditional media.
